Do listings include live access? This site describes programs; enrollment contracts sit with each provider once you leave the static catalog.
Can teams mix tiers? Yes—seat bundles apply at the organization level while learners still pick individual tracks.
What is not included? Exam vouchers, travel, and bespoke hardware labs outside the published syllabus.
Labs & sandboxes
How long do sandboxes live? Default lease is seven days with one extension if your cohort is mid-lab.
Can we bring our own accounts? Self-hosted path documentation explains IAM prerequisites; cloud sandbox path avoids that work.
Docs & integrations
These questions assume you are wiring classroom systems, not skimming marketing pages. Answers reference authentication edge cases and integration trees exactly as mentors explain them during office hours.
Use the staging IdP slot documented in auth.md: upload the new metadata first, flip the integration flag in the portal, then revoke the old certificate. The tree view marks dependent labs with a lock icon until each lab acknowledges the rotation event.
