Termination
Either party may end access to CloudForge Academy marketplace materials when written notice is delivered to the contact email on file.
Learners who breach acceptable use, including attempts to extract provider IP without permission, may lose access immediately without refund beyond statutory minima.
We may suspend access during security investigations and will restore access when risk is cleared, typically within five business days.
Liability
Services are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law for educational marketplaces.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost operational throughput unless caused by proven gross negligence.
Aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific enrollment giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
Service description
CloudForge Academy connects learners with third-party AWS architecture training programs, documentation, and community touchpoints.
We do not operate payment processing for enrollments on this static site; commercial terms flow from individual providers when applicable.
Feature descriptions on this site are informational and may lag brief provider updates; the changelog page reflects our own portal changes.
User obligations
You agree to supply accurate contact details, keep credentials private, and refrain from disrupting labs shared with other learners.
You will not attempt to probe our infrastructure beyond documented APIs or classroom exercises.
You grant us permission to use anonymized feedback quotes for quality improvement without identifying you unless separate consent exists.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and curated syllabus summaries remain the property of CloudForge Academy or its licensors.
Training providers retain ownership of their materials; you receive only the license each provider grants for your cohort.
Open-source snippets referenced in labs follow their respective licenses, which are linked beside each snippet.
Acceptance
By browsing, registering interest, or submitting forms, you acknowledge these terms and the linked Privacy Statement.
If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
Continued use after we post an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new activities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction.
Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may grant you rights elsewhere if you qualify.
